As the second stage of Capital Flats, this project completes the renovation of the former Capital Meats meatpacking factory with 8 new residential units, for a total of 16 residential units for the entire project. All parking for both Capital Flats 1 and 2 are underground accessed by a car elevator at the South Western edge of the site.
